Seattle University School of Law – Pic of the Week

At the American Association of Law Libraries Annual Conference, the Local Arrangements Committee for the host city frequently offer local tours.  This year I jumped at the chance to visit the Seattle University School of Law and its law library.

One thing that jumped out as I was touring the law library was this LC Call Numbers chart:

Also, in their law library was the Alaskan State Reading Room.  I learned during the tour that there is no law school in Alaska and that students travel to schools such as Seattle University for law school.

It was great to explore a new law school and law library.  It dawned on me that it was ten years ago that I finished law school and was studying for the bar.
