Heather Thomas is a reference librarian in the Serial and Government Publications Division at the Library of Congress. She has a bachelor’s degree in history from California State University, San Marcos, and a master’s degree in library & information science from San José State University. Before joining the Library, Heather worked at the U.S. House of Representatives Library and at public libraries in Southern California.
