AUTHOR: Henry Granville Widener
Henry Granville Widener is the Portuguese Language Reference Librarian in the Hispanic Reading Room at the Library of Congress. During hist time at the Library, Henry has worked across divisions and collaborated with partner institutions and artists on creating LibGuides, StoryMaps and exhibits, as well as contributions to the Library’s PALABRA Archive. Previously, Henry was the Library and Archives Assistant at the Oliveira Lima Library at the Catholic University of America. Widener received his Master's degree in Information Science from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco’s Departamento de Ciência da Informação and his BA in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
