One of the great things about working on Capitol Hill is the fact that the Capitol Building is never far away.  This morning Tina and I went for a quick visit and came back with today’s Pic of the Week.  It’s a fantastic image, from one of the ceilings on the House side, of when the Library of Congress was in the Capitol between 1800 and 1897.
