This is the second update to Congress.gov in November. If you missed part one, take a minute to read it to see what else we have worked on this month.
Search Tip
Adrienne recently featured this search tip on the Congressional Record:
Looking for daily edition issues of the Congressional Record from 1989-1994? You can browse them on Congress.gov. Learn more about accessing the archive.
Our partner, GPO, has also been working to post the historic bound edition of the Congressional Record, which you can find on the govinfo site going back from 2009 to 1892.
New Enhancements for November 2017
A variety of fixes and search upgrades (moving to the latest version of Solr) were made during this sprint. Here are the additional items listed on the Congress.gov enhancement page for November on Congress.gov:
House Communications
- More visually prominent committee referral data
