Celebrate Law Day with New Research Guides from the Law Library

May 1st is Law Day–a national day set aside to celebrate the rule of law and an opportunity to understand how law and the legal process protect our liberty and promote justice.

In honor of Law Day 2019, the Library of Congress is highlighting our law-related Research Guides:

• Law: Beginner’s Guides – This series of guides was created with the novice in mind and features a wide variety of topics, including Landlord-Tenant Law; Neighbor Law; Legal Drafting; Contract Law; Social Security Disability Law; Wills, Probate, and Advanced Directives; and more!
• American Law guides offer information on amendments to the U.S. Constitution (part of our Primary Documents in American History guides) and guides covering U.S. Supreme Court Nominations and Records and Briefs.

Research Guides is a new service from the Library of Congress using the LibGuides platform deployed at thousands of libraries worldwide.
