About the presenter:

Eduardo Soares holds an LL.M in international legal studies from the American University Washington College of Law.  Eduardo is a foreign law specialist at the Global Legal Research Directorate at the Law Library of Congress. He covers Brazil and several other Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions in his work for the Law Library.
