The Law Library Reading Room recently added a new book display to introduce visitors to some of the illustrated items in the collection. Although patrons may not come to the Law Library expecting to find cartoons and comics, there are a handful of law books that use visuals to discuss legal topics.
Books in the display feature lists of humorous laws, illustrated guides to various legal topics, including a few related to intellectual property law, and even an illustrated version of the U.S. Constitution.
Bailey DeSimone, Visual Information Specialist, created an eye-catching poster to highlight the display. Patrons are encouraged to peruse the books during their next visit to the reading room.
