AUTHOR: Jennifer González

Jennifer González, senior legal information specialist, began working at the Law Library of Congress in 2013. She serves as webmaster, coordinates the publication of digital collections, and manages remote internships for the Law Library. Jennifer holds a B.A. in history with a Latin American and Caribbean studies certificate from the University of South Florida, a J.D. with an international law certificate from Pace University School of Law, and a master’s in library and information science with a law librarianship certificate from the University of Washington. She has had internships with the Gallagher Law Library in Seattle and the Dag Hammarskjöld Library at the United Nations in New York. Jennifer has competed in synchronized swimming, danced Ukrainian folk dance, made gift baskets, worked as a lifeguard, tutored students, and been a professional musician. These days, she spends her time with her husband, two young kids, and two old dogs in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
