Jennifer González, legal information analyst, began working at the Law Library of Congress in August of 2013. She coordinates web editing and publication of new materials to the Law.gov website. Jennifer, originally from Florida, holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a Latin American and Caribbean studies certificate from the University of South Florida, a Juris Doctor and International Law certificate from Pace University School of Law, and a Master’s in Library and Information Science with a Law Librarianship certificate from the University of Washington. She has had internships with the Gallagher Law Library in Seattle and the Dag Hammarskjöld Library at the United Nations in New York. Jennifer has competed in synchronized swimming, danced Ukrainian folk dance, made gift baskets, worked as a lifeguard, been a professional musician, trained dogs, and tutored children. These days, she spends most of her spare time reading several books a week on her two hour commute and hiking on the weekends.
