It’s been an especially busy week here in the Music Division, and In the Muse will soon bring you exclusive pictures of last night’s all-star ASCAP concert in the Coolidge Auditorium. But it has come to our attention that Google is paying homage to Martha Graham on her birthday with an animation of the iconic dancer. Part of today’s Google Doodle is based on photographs by Herta Moselsio, one of which happened to be our Pic of the Week for April 20th. Please remember this legendary figure on her birthday by visiting the Performing Arts Encyclopedia’s Martha Graham Collection, which features thousands of clippings, concert programs, photographs and other materials related to her work from 1918 to 1949.
