   It would’ve been nice to have hyperlinks set up in the PDF to take us to the ticketing page, etc.

   this massive pdf is way overdone.
   what concertgoers want is a simple, mostly text 3 or 4 page pdf with the schedule, names of performers, and a list of what works are being played. perhaps a two sentence description of why the group is so great.
   perhaps a link to their websites, so we can look at pictures there if we want.

   This overblown display is a perfect example of what the distinguished expert on efficient data display, Edward Tufte, calls “Chart Junk.” Including Chart Junk simply makes understanding the essentials much more difficult.
