Our 2016 National Book Festival podcast series launches today with a bang! Poet, novelist and children’s book author Kwame Alexander sings, recites and has a conversation with the Library’s Sheryl Cannady. Listen to the podcast here.

This is the first in a series of conversations we’re sharing with authors who will be presenting at this year’s National Book Festival on Sept. 24. Kwame Alexander will appear on the Teens Stage. Every Tuesday and Thursday from now until the festival, visit this site, then download and listen to a new conversation with a terrific author.
