Free Braille Music Offer: October

It’s that time again– our free braille music giveaway!

We’ve been diligently sorting through all of our gift scores that we’ve received over the years, and adding many of them to the collection. However, some of the books are already in our collection, and we have no use for them. Especially now that we are digitizing what we already have!

That’s why we are offering these books to you! They are free to anyone, via Free Matter for the Blind, on a first-come-first-served basis. This includes people who may not regularly qualify for our services, including those who live overseas or are non-citizens.

There are over 80 scores on the new list, and this month’s list contains mostly piano music. The list of currently available scores can be found at this link. There are two versions of the list on this web page: a text version and an Excel spreadsheet version.

To claim your choices, please email the Music Section at [email protected] putting “Braille Music Offer” in the subject line.

Please identify your selection(s) by the 5-digit number that is at the end of each book description. Please also provide your complete name and address so that we can get the scores to you.

We’re still not finished, so we will be giving you a new list every few weeks or so with new books. So stay tuned and subscribe!
