Or, more accurately, are you ready to identify another mystery photo from the Library of Congress?!
Like our other mystery stills (see links below), this particular shot was found within a much, much larger collection of film, TV and music stills that the LC acquired about seven years ago. We have no other information besides that and, nope, there’s nothing on the back.
We assume that this was (is) a band of some sort. They might be U.S. in origin or they might not. So who are they–either individually or collectively?
We hope someone out there can tell us. So please let us know your thoughts. Please help us solve this mystery! THANKS!

Wondering if someone could get a high res scan of the three tattoos on the one band members arm and add it? Someone will remember seeing the tattoos or they could be reversed searched to find an image match.
