Sending Holiday Wishes from the Library’s Educational Outreach Office

We were amused to find this image of Santa receiving his aeroplane pilot’s license from the United States Assistance Secretary of Commerce. It’s good to know that Santa follows the rules and had his paperwork in order before heading out to help with holiday celebrations throughout the world.
