This is just one small part of what librarians in the Children’s and Young Adults’ Cataloging Program or CYAC (pronounced kahy-ak) at the Library of Congress have been doing for decades. This week, the CYAC Program celebrates their fifty-year anniversary at the Library.

I had been looking for ways to integrate research skills for a fifth grade class that is currently studying space and motion. The new Library of Congress "Understanding the Cosmos" eBook gave a great selection of primary sources that could help support that topic.
