AUTHOR: Lara Szypszak
Lara Szypszak is currently a Reference Librarian in the Manuscript Division at the Library of Congress. She was previously a reference technician in the Prints and Photographs Division, where her special interests included travel photography and foreign materials. Her experience and interest in libraries, museums, and galleries in Poland and the U.S. led her to P&P in 2015. Lara received a Bachelor’s Degree in History, and Slavic Languages and Literatures at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and holds a Master’s in Slavic Languages and Literatures also from UNC Chapel Hill, and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina.
