AUTHOR: Meg Gray

Meg Gray is a library technician in the General Collections Conservation Section of the Conservation Division at the Library of Congress. She was hired in 2023 and has since performed thousands of treatments on hundreds of books, preserving them and ensuring their accessibility for years to come. Meg earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Gettysburg College in 2010 and went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in applied history from Shippensburg University in 2012. She currently lives in Maryland with her cat.
