AUTHOR: Heather Darnell

Heather Darnell is currently a reference specialist for the Music Division of the Library of Congress. Prior to the Library, she was the music and media librarian at George Mason University. Heather has a dual-B.A. in music and classics from Texas Tech University and a Master’s of Library Science from the University of Maryland. A classically trained pianist and oboist, Heather now loves to play guitar and explore experimental music of all kinds.
