AUTHOR: Megan Halsband
Megan Halsband is a reference librarian in the Serial and Government Publications Division at the Library of Congress. She holds master’s degrees in art history and library science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s in fine arts from Bryn Mawr College. She helped establish the Library’s web archive collections on comics and especially enjoys working with the comic book collections as well as researching images in newspapers.
