AUTHOR: Mark Manivong
Mark Manivong is a subject specialist in the areas of poetry, literature, children’s antiquarian literature and diversity materials at the Library’s Rare Book and Special Collections Division. He joined the Library of Congress in 2002 as a digital library specialist. He previously worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs Cooperative Studies Program and the Northern Illinois University Libraries Rare Books and Special Collections Department. He holds a Master of Science in library and information studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Science in education and a Bachelor of Arts in German language and literature with a minor in Southeast Asian studies from Northern Illinois University.
