Charles Hosale is a Librarian (Digital Collections Specialist) in the Digital Content Management Section at the Library of Congress. In the section, he works on projects to acquire, preserve, and make available born-digital and digitized content, and assists in the development of the sections’ workflows, processes, and communications. Charles has worked in academic and corporate archives, including the American Archive of Public Broadcasting, a collaborative project of the public media station WGBH and the Library of Congress. He holds a Masters of Library and Information Science with an Archives concentration and a B.A. in Comparative Literature, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
