AUTHOR: John Sayers

John Sayers is acting deputy director of communications at the Library of Congress, and has served at the Library since 1997, working on various print, web and new media projects through the years. He has led development teams on several award-winning Library websites, social media endeavors and the Library of Congress Magazine. John earned a B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from Bethany (W.Va.) College back before there was an Internet and has been a community volunteer in his tiny town of Wardensville, W.Va., for three decades.
