AUTHOR: John Sayers
John Sayers has served as a public affairs specialist at the Library since 1997, working on various print, web and new media projects through the years. He has led development teams on several award-winning Library websites, social media endeavors and the Library of Congress Magazine. Currently, he is chief of digital content and strategy in the Office of Communications, shepherding the Library's many social media channels. John earned a B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from Bethany (W.Va.) College back before there was an Internet and has been a community volunteer in his tiny town of Wardensville, W.Va., for three decades.
