Michelle Rago was a digital content strategist at the Library of Congress until December 2019. She worked at the Library since 2002 in a variety of roles including information architect and product manager. Michelle managed the loc.gov home page for several years and enjoyed digging into the Library's collections to select the Free to Use and Reuse sets, www.loc.gov/free-to-use/.
